We know that some of these patios have been organized into companies or associations and offer visits throughout the year. You can get more information in these links of the IMTUR (Municipal Institute of Tourism of Córdoba):
Taking photographs inside the “Patios” depends on each owner’s discretion. We recommend asking for permission, and if granted, please do not abuse the photography opportunity and be mindful that there may be other visitors waiting to enter for the visit. Most of the “Patios” have limited space, and their capacity is restricted, so visitors enter and exit according to the size of the “Patio”.
We make available to the visitor, a detailed map where we offer informacion from every “patio” with images and videos, as well as the route to which each one belongs. A useful tool to plan your next visit.

Currently, there is no regulation in this regard since you must understand that the patios are public properties, private and access to them depends on each owner. However, in our experience, we indicate that we have never had any serious incident with pets as long as common sense is used, the relevant regulations are complied with and it is guaranteed that the animal will not cause any type of accident or damage.
